We track and identify late packages shipped via carriers including UPS® and FedEx®. with our state-of-the-art system. We track our clients guaranteed parcels and notify them of any credits/refunds that have been applied to their accounts due to the guaranteed package arriving late.
We secure these credits/refunds on our clients' behalf, there is no action required by the client.
We supply our clients with additional tools including address correction, customs delay notices and the like that help the shipper control logistic operations.
We are only paid when a credit is issued.
