Providing Parcel Auditing Solutions for Your Guaranteed Shipments

Recovery Control Systems (RCS) has designed and developed priority systems that audit each one of your company's guaranteed shipments. RCS tracks and identifies late packages shipped via carriers including UPS® and FedEx®. With their state-of-the-art systems, RCS tracks their clients guaranteed parcels and notifies them of any credits/refunds that have been applied to their account(s) due to the guaranteed package arriving late. RCS secures these credits/refunds on the clients behalf, there is no action required by the client. In addition, RCS supplies their clients with additional tools including address correction, customs delay notices and the like that help the shipper control logistic operations. While there is nothing to install and the client incurs no cost of any kind, this new program will amount to substantial savings on shipping costs. Clients are benefiting from a free service in which RCS is only paid when they are issued a credit.
